Field Trip Planning Form

Please complete the following information at least one week in advance of your desired field trip date. The education program manager will contact you within 48 hours of receiving the form to confirm a date and time for your field trip. Please note that completing this form is NOT a reservation for your field trip.

How many students will attend?* (A minimum of 10 students is required. However, we can accommodate groups of preschool to first graders with up to 15 children. For groups larger than 15 and consisting of students in 2nd grade and above, a split activity is required due to space constraints and the nature of the activity, which is not suitable for children younger than 2nd grade. If your needs are different than our space constraints, we are happy to come to you through our Scrap at School program.):
